Updated Rules & Regulations have been released for the International Kenpo Karate Championships – 2022 Portugal.

The competition will have: Forms, Self-defense, Semi Kenpo and Light Kenpo.
We understand that adding a new combat competition will enrich the event and give the competitor more choices.
